- Locally Designed and Manufactured: All our heavy-duty engineered mechanical seals are fully designed, manufactured, and dynamically tested, ensuring high quality and quick turnaround times.
- Dynamically Tested and Qualified: Each seal prototype is rigorously tested and qualified per API 682 & Inhouse standards on our locally available dynamic test rigs that are able to test Seals up to 120 Bar at Temperatures in excess of 85 degrees Celsius, whilst recording key performance metrics & data of the actual Seal performance under the harshest operating conditions.

Equipped with Metallurgical Laboratories, we specialize in developing complex welding procedures, including certified repairs and Post-Weld Heat Treatments (PWHT). Seal Head, Static, and Dynamic Testing
Conducting tests to API 682 & 692 standards for Fluid & Gas Sealing devices. These tests assess the sealing performance of Fluid & Gas Seals under various operational conditions, including high pressure, temperature extremes, and aggressive fluid environments. Utilizing Advanced Test Rigs and Instrumentation, we evaluate Seal Integrity, Leak Prevention, Wear Resistance, and Dynamic Performance to ensure compliance with stringent industry specifications for Rotating Equipment and Turbo-Machinery Applications.





Enhancing wear parts and testing high surface velocity components for durability and performance. Our Advanced Laser Texturing System provides High-Precision lift-off geometries for non-contacting seal faces. It supports various geometries along with unidirectional/bidirectional as well as complex 3D Curvilinear Patterns. Additionally, our Spin Testing validates the structural integrity of powder-based seal faces by conducting overspeed tests at 122% of the Maximum Critical Speed (MCS).

Our HVAF (High Velocity Air Fuel) Coating Services provide industry-leading protection against wear and corrosion, significantly surpassing the performance of HVOF and plasma spray technologies. These properties ensure enhanced durability and efficiency for components operating in Aggressive Environments. These coatings are ideal for applications requiring maximum service life and operational efficiency.
Dynamic Balancing
Balancing both Small, Lightweight, and Heavy-Duty Rotating Assemblies to ensure optimal performance and reduced wear. We focus on restoring components to their original performance specifications. Key parts undergo Dynamic Balancing using our Advanced Balancing Machines. This process is vital for ensuring that Rotating Parts, such as Seal Rings or Turbine Blades are balanced to prevent vibration, reduce wear, and optimize efficiency.


Once the balancing process is completed, a Comprehensive Balancing Report is generated to document the results, ensuring full traceability and transparency.
