HVAF Thermal Spray
Our High Velocity Air Fuel (HVAF) and Fully Automated Thermal Spray Facility, integrated with FANUC Robotics’ S-430i HVAF system, represents a Pioneering Technological Advancement.

The facility supports the deposition of High-Performance Coatings such as Inconel 718, S/S316L, Stellite 6, 344.930, TA10CU, TA10CU-19, and TA10CU-31, utilizing precise HVAF techniques.
These coatings are engineered to exhibit exceptional bond strength, optimized microstructural integrity, and superior wear resistance. The result is Enhanced Component Longevity and Reliability, particularly in demanding sectors such as petrochemical, oil and gas, and mining and mineral processing.
Heavy Duty 4 & 6 Meter Lathes
Our Rotating Equipment and Turbo-Machinery Facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Heavy-Duty 4 & 6 Meter Lathes, specifically designed for High-Precision, High-Capacity Machining. These machines are engineered to handle Large, Geometrically Complex Components with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. With swing over beds up to 2020 mm and a center-to-center distance of up to 6000 mm, these lathes are powered by high-performance 40 HP spindle motors, with 16-speed transmission systems ranging from 4 to 420 RPM.

These lathes are ideally suited for the Precision Machining of critical rotating components such as Gears, Shafts, Casings, and Central Spindles. Their robust construction and high-torque capabilities ensure long-term operational reliability and dimensional consistency, reinforcing our commitment to delivering Customized, Efficient, and High-Integrity Machining Solutions tailored to our clients’ technical specifications.


Heavy Duty Horizontal Boring
Our Horizontal Boring & Milling Machine offers Precise Machining for Large Parts. With a 1,400 x 1,200 mm index table (360° rotation) and 1800 x 1400 x 1400 x 550 mm travel, it handles complex components with ease.

The BT50 spindle (110 mm diameter) operates at Variable Speeds from 20-1500 rpm, powered by a 20HP AC motor. With a 5000 kg table load capacity, this machine ensures Robust, Efficient Machining for heavy-duty applications, reflecting our commitment to delivering precise, reliable solutions tailored to client needs.
Heavy Duty Dynamic Balancing
Our Heavy-Duty Balancing Machine is Specifically Engineered for large, heavy components, capable of handling weights up to 5 tons, lengths up to 3 meters and diameter up to 2 meters. It supports

The machine provides Precise Balancing within the ISO G0.4 to G4000 tolerance range, ensuring High-Quality Performance and Minimal Vibration. This advanced balancing capability allows us to deliver superior accuracy and reliability for critical applications.


Grit Blasting
Our Grit Blasting Workstation is engineered for efficient surface preparation of large components, capable of accommodating items up to 5 meters in length, 3 meters in height, and 2.5 meters in width. It’s capable of operating with a maximum blast pressure of 250 PSI and a maximum temperature of 66°C.

The Workstation utilizes abrasive materials such as steel shot and sand to ensure Consistent, High-Quality Surface Cleaning, which enhances coating adhesion and durability.
Additionally, advanced dust extraction and automated media recovery systems further Improve Efficiency, underscoring our commitment to Precision and Reliability in meeting client needs.
Polymer Anti-Corrosion Coatings
At TESCO Engineering, we take pride in our Coating and Spray, utilizing ARC and Belzona Industrial Coatings for Advanced Corrosion, Erosion, and Impact Resistance. These high-performance coatings are applied with precision to ensure Maximum Protection against environmental wear and tear.
