We utilize advanced Helium Leak Detection systems. This method allows us to detect extremely small pinholes and fatigue cracks in heat exchanger plates that standard dye-penetrant or hydrostatic tests might miss, preventing cross-contamination of your fluids.

We offer flexible solutions based on the scope of work. While full bundle fabrication is usually done in our workshop for precision, we offer on-site retubing and partial repair services to minimize downtime and eliminate the logistical costs of transporting heavy equipment.

CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) uses circulating chemical solvents to dissolve scale and fouling without dismantling the unit, ideal for regular maintenance. Hydro-Jetting involves dismantling the unit and using high-pressure water to mechanically remove stubborn, hard deposits (like calcification or coke) that chemicals cannot dissolve. We recommend the best method based on your specific fouling type.

We maintain a stock of common and specialized gasket materials to suit various chemical and temperature environments, including NBR (Nitrile), EPDM, and Viton (FKM). We ensure the gasket material is perfectly compatible with your process fluid to prevent swelling or degradation.

Safety is paramount. Every heat exchanger we service undergoes a rigorous Hydrostatic Pressure Test, typically at 1.3 to 1.5 times the design pressure (or as per specific client/API requirements), to guarantee structural integrity and leak-free operation before commissioning.
